Autoblog.com reported that a new product called Carlashes is all the rage. This after-market items transform headlamps into dreamy eyes with long lashes.
When movie company Pixar turned the front of cars into faces with its animated flick "Cars," the company Carlashes started cashing in on the theme.
Making cars look a little more human – and even a little more girly – Carlashes' e-commerce site has been getting overloaded with traffic recently.
A regular set of headlight lashes go for $24.95, while an embellished set with flashy crystal eyeliner costs an extra $19.95.
To take a look at a selection of cars sporting Carlashes, you can check out the brand's Facebook page with over 2,000 fans.
And apparently there's something for everyone – since guys (or girls) with a sense of humor can add a Carstache to front of their favorite set of wheels.
A similar gimmick, the Carstache is a mustache many macho men are adding to the front of their cars.
The Carstache website shows photos of classic Hollywood hunks, that first put the mustache in style, and different shades the car mustache is available in.
The company's message, "Your first Carstache feels like your first kiss, cold beer, snow cone and slow dance. So strap a 'stache, buckle up and enjoy the ride."
